Counseling is a Collaboration
In our work together you will become more aware and make positive changes in your life
Perhaps you've been feeling down, disconnected, or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support on your life's journey. Therapy is a process of self-discovery, growth, and change. We will work to help you develop greater awareness, identify areas for growth, and help you create healthy change in your life. I deeply value the authenticity and connection that occurs in therapy and it would be my honor to work along side you on this journey towards growth.
